Below are some common questions about shipping and delivery

Is delivery free?

Delivery is 100% free for orders over $50 in the USA and Australia, and over €50 in Europe. For the rest of the world, delivery charges may apply depending on the country.

Can I track my order?

Yes, of course all our shipments include the tracked delivery option (100% free).

Once your order has been processed and accepted by our delivery partner, you'll receive an email containing your tracking link and number.

Who are your delivery partners?

We mainly use UPS, DHL and Fedex for deliveries to the United States.
For Europe we mainly use La Poste, Colissimo and Colis privé. The delivery company may change if the alternative is faster.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary according to our partners and the volume of orders.

Please allow 3 to 14 days for delivery to the USA and Europe.

For the rest of the world, delivery takes between 4 and 18 days.

How quickly are orders processed?

All orders are processed as quickly as possible.

Please allow 24 to 72 hours maximum.

If your order is urgent, you can contact us for priority processing.

How quickly are orders dispatched?

All orders are shipped as quickly as possible.

Please allow between 1 and 7 days.

Do you deliver at weekends?

Yes, our delivery partners deliver on weekends. Depending on our partner, Sunday delivery may not be available.

Returns & Refunds

Below are some common questions about returns and refunds

The band on my watch doesn't fit. What can I do?

We offer a 30-day return policy, during which you can send the band back to us and we'll give you a full refund in the form of a voucher. We're also happy to help you find a band to suit you!

I've received a broken or damaged product. What should I do?

Don't panic, although rare, this type of issue can occur. Send us a video of the product by e-mail and we'll send you a new product.

When will I receive my refund?

Refund requests can be rather lengthy. You need to allow time for delivery of the return. Then, 1 to 7 days for your request to be processed.

Finally, our payment processor will credit you with the refunded funds within 3 to 14 days, depending on your banking institution.

If you used PayPal to make your purchase, the refund will be instantaneous.

Who pays for returns?

You will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with the return of your items. We are not responsible for loss or damage in transit.

Can I cancel an order?

The order may be cancelled after it has passed through the checkout until it has been dispatched (usually within 12 hours). We recommend that you write to us as soon as possible at contact@ewatchband.com.

If the order has already been dispatched, we will inform you of the return procedure in order to obtain a refund.

What is your returns policy?

You have 30 days from receipt of your package to return it. We will refund 100% of the price of your item in the form of a voucher.

I didn't receive an order confirmation email

We recommend you to check your spam folder.

Some Hotmail or Live e-mail addresses no longer receive automatic e-mails.

If you haven't received an automatic confirmation e-mail 1 hour after placing your order, please contact us at contact@ewatchband.com with a new e-mail address (Gmail, yahoo...) and the first and last name you entered when placing your order.

We'll update your email and send you your order confirmation.

Are payments secure?

Yes, our company accepts payments via Visa, Mastercard. Our payment partner is Shopify Payments, so we don't have access to any of your payment information.

When will I be charged?

Your bank account will be charged for your order 24 to 72 hours after your purchase.

My parcel is marked as delivered, but I haven't received anything. What should I do?

First, we ask you to check with your neighbors.

Also check your letterbox to see if a delivery notice has been delivered there.

You can also contact the nearest post office with your tracking number to explain the problem.

Finally, if the problem persists, contact us by email, leaving your order details, and we'll get back to you : contact@ewatchband.com

Some items are missing from my parcel. Is this normal?

For orders with multiple items, we can ship in different parcels to ensure that the delay for one item does not delay the entire order.

It's normal that the first parcel you receive doesn't contain your entire order.

If you have not received your second parcel 5 days after the first parcel arrived, please contact our customer service department by e-mail at the following address: contact@ewatchband.com
