I did not receive the order confirmation email

Some e-mail addresses such as Hotmail, Live or Orange may not receive automatic order confirmation e-mails.

If you do not receive an automatic confirmation e-mail within 30 minutes of placing your order, please check your spam/junk mail folder to see if it is there.

If you still can't find our confirmation e-mail, please contact us at the following address: contact@ewatchband.com and give us a new e-mail address (Gmail if possible), and we will proceed with the modification and resending of the confirmation e-mail.

If you don't have a new e-mail address, we'll give you a direct link to track your order.

I received a parcel but one or more items are missing.

For orders with multiple items, we can ship in different parcels to ensure that the delay for one item does not delay the entire order.

It's normal that the first parcel you receive doesn't contain your entire order.
